C & A TOUMAZIS CO is a privately owned family group with diverse activities in the construction industry, which encompass contracting, property development and property investment with particular specialization and expertise in building construction. The founder director’s experience that has successfully been passed on to today’s generation of management extends over fifty years both in Cyprus and overseas. The current executive team combines the virtues and skills that are highly demanded in today’s competitive environment in order to ensure the continuation of the success that has been enjoyed by the group to date.
The group comprises C & A TOUMAZIS CO LTD, the group holding company through which the major part of business activities in Cyprus is carried out, CHAR. TOUMAZIS LTD a fully owned subsidiary engaging in property investment, C & A TOUMAZIS (HELLAS) IKODOMIKI A.E. a fully owned subsidiary in Greece active in property development since 1997 and DION. TOUMAZIS LTD & C & A TOUMAZIS CO LTD JOINT VENTURE, which has been developing commercial and residential properties since 1988. During the years the company has formed a number of project specific joint ventures for the execution of various construction contracts for the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom in Cyprus and Gibraltar, the Limassol-Amathus Sewerage Board and the Cyprus Telecommunications Authority.
